Cons -
- May be a lift for accessibility for people with difficulties will be helpful
- The rooms were dirty! Mattress were broken and old! Showers did not work in washrooms. Morning buffer service was aweful
- Breakfast buffet was stale and pathetic- nothing tasted good. So all our good impression and value for money was lost due to a terrible breakfast buffet. They should add more TT tables and kids activities.

everything from the rooms to the library and food
property is nice overall. They have a brewery inside where you can go and enjoy drinks. Food is good but over priced. overall best experience that you can get from a 3 star property.
Food is overpriced
The chalet bungalow was super private and very comfortable. The balcony gets morning sun and is delightful. Views over the valley were uninterrupted. The hospitality staff were excellent. The food we chose (bbq and tandoori) were cooked beautifully and the fish was moist and tasty. The wine was ridiculously pricey . The setting was wonderfully relaxing.
The duvet was a little basic but acceptable. The geyser only gave hot water for 1 person and didn't reheat quickly.
Beautiful property with great rooms. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city with pine trees all around. The rooms are at multiple levels and the cottages are a climb down. rooms are large and comfortable with large clean bathrooms and a balcony where u can sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Food and service are also very good. They have a microbrewery where they brew their own beer. So you can enjoy beer and a barbecue in the sit out
state of the art conveniences
All was good. But not for elderly with walking issues ihave a bad back and found it difficult to negotiate the steps. would love to come back if not for steps
